A new dean has stepped in to lead California State University Sacramento's College of Business. Jean-Francois Coget took the position in January, taking over after the retirement of previous dean William P. Cordeiro. Originally from France, Coget first came to California to attend the University of California Los Angeles, where he earned a doctorate degree in management. He spent 15 years at California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo on the faculty of the Orfalea College of Business, ultimately serving as associate dean.
