A group that owns several skilled nursing facilities in Southern California has added to their portfolio in the Sacramento region with two purchases. Records show 10410 Coloma Road Holdings LLC and 2215 Oakmont Way Holdings LLC bought properties in recent weeks at those two addresses, respectively in Rancho Cordova and West Sacramento. The buying entity, with an address in Los Angeles, is affiliated with Abraham Bak, who is shown on online databases as a partial owner of 12 other assisted living centers, all in Southern California.
